We are pleased to be partnering with the University of Toronto (“UofT”) Bookstore to provide a one-
stop shop for Toronto Prep course materials, gym uniforms, spirit wear, school supplies, and more in the coming academic year. Toronto Prep merchandise can be found in-store at 214 College Street, or on the UofT Bookstore website.
Many of you may be familiar with the UofT Bookstore from the previous academic year, but here are
some key things to know for those who are new to our community or who might need a refresher.
The UofT Bookstore will carry all of the textbooks and other course materials required for your child’s classes. Books for Fall 2022 are now available for purchase on their website and in-store (the designated TPS section can be found in the store’s 2nd floor “Great Hall”). Online orders can be shipped directly to your home, shipped to TPS, or picked up at the UofT Bookstore.
To find and purchase your child’s course materials from the UofT Bookstore online, access the Bookstore’s Course Materials Lookup Tool and follow these steps.
Step 1: Select Toronto Prep School from the Select a School dropdown.
Step 2: Select 2022ITPS from the Select a Term dropdown. This abbreviation refers to the Fall Term.
Step 3: Select TPS from the Select a Department dropdown.
Step 4: Select the appropriate code for the class you're interested in from the Select a Course Number dropdown.
Step 5: Select the appropriate instructor/class period from the Select a Section menu. Once you've made this selection, the class will be added to your materials list.
Step 6: If you'd like to add more classes to your list, repeat Step 3 through Step 5 for each course.
Step 7: Once you've added all of your desired classes, click Begin Shopping to view a list of required materials, separated by class.

The UofT Bookstore offers a great collection of TPS-branded clothing and accessories, including TPS gym uniforms. If your child does not have a TPS gym uniform, the required items can be purchased from the Bookstore. Approved uniforms consist of a TPS T-shirt, TPS Shorts OR Sweatpants, and a TPS Hoodie. Students must have their gym uniforms by the end of the first week of classes.
The UofT Bookstore also offers a wide selection of notebooks, pens, pencils, binders, electronics, and other key school supplies. If specific items are a required for a class, such as a certain model of calculator or lab supplies, the Bookstore will carry those items as well (where possible).
